Installing the daily habits that produce multiples of results in lifting others and creating change. If you are to lead, You are asking people to do things they have never done. You must live this way first before you can ask them to do the same.
You and I will do pre-work sessions, then a Discovery Experience (outdoor) to illuminate your true obstacle definitions and where/when they show up. Then we will design experiential events that create new pathways, habits and desired behaviours that will get you to next life-stage/career step/purpose driven role. The great majority of “Executive Coaches” have never and can not take you to areas of risk where Re-Set space occurs. With ThiveCore, you will be "doing", put into experiences that shift you through that nervous excitement of actual change in outdoor settings.

People are very clever in their efforts to stay the same. Far too many consciously claim they want personal growth, want to constantly learn, will talk the language they read about personal growth, will even take a course or two…but never end up “doing”. You will be faced into the mirror for sure. In the ThriveCore model, through discovery experiences and compassionate yet VERY DIRECT, CLEAR feedback, you will see your walls and take them down before we build up any new pathways. We need to come to an understanding that there is a difference between "costs" and "benefit value". The “cost” is the cost of doing nothing and coasting for a long time. What is the value of a personal change to you?
Our fees will range between $25-35k for the initial phase 1 process. You will have a firm fee after your personalized process is designed based on our initial assessment.
